[di più]Guest House Vaniglia e Sorriso offers very special accommodation in a privately owned, family home with just one room for rent in the attractive, green area of Santa Elena Park, an oasis in the historical centre of Venice and just 20 minutes on foot from Piazza San Marco and 4 Vaporetto (waterbus) stops from the shores of the Lido.Guests here will be treated to very personal service as they only share the house with the couple who own it and their children. The room is suitable for two guests, with a double bed or two single beds upon request, a wardrobe, tables and chairs, maps and books of Venice and complimentary drinks. The room is large and has a private balcony as well as a private bathroom, fans, heating, towels and sheets, a hair dryer, TV and CD player, cots on request and a personal set of keys to allow guests total freedom to come and go as they please. Smoking is allowed and pets are permitted for an additional daily charge of 20€. The kitchen is not available to guests and breakfast is not included in the price of the room, but the owners of the house are more than happy to recommend bars and restaurants and provide any useful tourist information guests may need.A great opportunity to live in an authentic Venetian home!
