The Puerta del Sol is a pleasant 5 minute walk down one of the city’s best and busiest shopping streets in the centre. The Plaza Mayor and Royal Palace are even closer and make for an interesting afternoon of culture and sightseeing. This area is great for nearly any activity for a big city, with plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs all within walking distance.
