The surrounding area is one of the most refined in the city thanks to its exclusive shops, restaurants and bars where you will find the city's most fashionable people. Gran Via, one of the main avenues in the Spanish capital and the Malasana neighbourhood, with its bohemian atmosphere, are also nearby. From here you can cover the whole city centre on foot, exploring every last little street and mingling with the locals.The apartment measures 70 square metres, accommodates a total of 5 guests and has a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom (with hair dryer). The living room has an American-style kitchen, a table, TV a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Cots are available for babies on request.The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, washing machine, dish washer and appliances such as a tea pot and a toaster.
