Charming family studio apartments equipped with all the necessary facilities to make the family holidays much easier. This accommodation actually is specially built for family holiday renting and most of the guests are families. Enough parking place, not located near the frequented street and highways but still providing sea view and close to the beach. What is the best thing about the location of this Ulcinj family accommodation is the fact that the streets which you use to go to the beach and city center are not crowded and the destinations you want to reach are easy reachable.
Medina studio apartments are the symbol of holiday in a peaceful and nice area. Located in the mount of Pinjes, which is in Ulcinj known as the best holiday area. The distance to the sea from Medina studio apartments is not big. Since there are a lot of beaches in that area, the nearest one and at the same time the best one is in 600 m distance. Parking places at every beach in Ulcinj are not a problem, and since the street which takes you to the beach is not crowded you will be at the beach in less than three minutes, of course, if you decide to go to the beach by car.
The studio apartments Medina are very well equipped. every apartment has its own terrace. Since there are nine studio apartments, five of them have sea view terraces of their own. TV, air-conditioning, bathroom, kitchenette are amenities of which every unite disposes. Parking is also something you do not need to worry about, because every our guests has one for every apartment booked. Since Medina Studio apartments were finished in 2009 you do not need to worry if something does not work or is broken. During the summer and the lack of rain, in Ulcinj sometimes it can happen that there are some dry periods without water during the day, but being accommodated in Medina studio apartments you do not need to worry about that, since we have 24 h water in every time of the year.
GENERAL FACILITIES
Ulcinj accommodation Medina studio apartments represent a brand new accommodation. As we mentioned earlier this accommodation is recommended from our side to families and there is a relaxing atmosphere in the apartments. On each floor there is a large kitchen and dining table with all necessary dishes needed for all sorts of cooking specialities, even though every studio apartment has it's own kitchen too.
Guests of Medina sea view studio apartments have as well the possibility for a fee of 1.00 Euro per person to be transferred to the Adriatic beach "Velika Plaza". By booking the accommodation, all you need to do is to ask us about the possibility of beach transfer.
Bus goes at 9.30 with starting point in front of the accommodation and brings you back at 19.00 h.

LOCATION OF MEDINA STUDIO APARTMENTS
The mount Pinjes is the name of the area where Medina studio apartments are located . From the apartments to the beach there is not a big distance, it merely has the distance of 600 meters. Our experience tells us that those 2, 3, 4 or even ten minutes closer or further to the sea does not make a decisive difference when you find yourself a nice and comfortable accommodation which suites you.

RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
* Minimum stay is 2 nights during the off season, and 3 nights during the high season ( high season 01. December - 28. February)
* On the day of booking 30% of total amount is charged. The advance payment is not refundable
* In case of NO SHOW - total amount is charge
* In case of earlier leaving total amount is charged
* Pets are allowed only at the garden
* Local tax of 1 Euro per person / night is not included in price
* VAT is included in price
* Breakfast is not included in price
