If you cancel the reservation the advance payment will not be refunded.( The apartments will be hired to anyone if 30% of the total amount will be paid 20 days before arriving.• The apartments are available from 12:00 a.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure you have to check out before 10:00 a.m.• For weekly reservations the apartments are available from Saturday to Saturday.• It's required to pay a deposit of 50,00 Euro on arrival , which will be refunded at the check out.Reductions:• A discount of 10% for the second week of your stay;• A discount of 5% on the daily and weekly price for ARCI members;• Children from 2 to 5 years old are for free;• Group tariffs on request.
