[di più]Tenuta Cantagallo, belonging to our family since 1970, extends for 500 a. in the heart of Montalbano, green hilly area between Florence and Pisa, and it's still a family run farm; in fact all the members of the family live and work here and are happy to give the opportunity to special guests to experience the country life in its recently restored farmhouse dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. The farmhouse lies in a panoramic location on the top of a hill, hence the name “Tenuta Cantagalloâ€, the place where the rooster sees the dawn and sings to the new day. From the yard in front of the farmhouse you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding lush woods interrupted by olive yards and rows of vines recalling paintings of Renaissance.The farmhouse secluded location is ideal for those who like relax, while the proximity with historical towns like Vinci, hometown of Leonardo, or cities like Florence, Pisa and Siena is ideal for those who prefer the historical, cultural and artistic aspects of Tuscan life and craft works
