Fully equipped kitchen, with and electric hob, fridge, hot water, telephone, (TV and safe both with charge), piped music, doors with magnetic opening system. Cleaning is 6 days a week with towels changed on request and sheet changed once a week. Maximum capacity 3 adults or 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children, understanding that those are allocated in sofa-bed. Located 300 metres from the new beach ?playa jardín?, with black sand and all the services of a consolidated and quiet touristic area together with a large entertainment offer. Only 500 meters from the city centre, where most of the main shopping centres are. Central 1 kms to city centre 19 kms to the nearest airport (tenerife-los rodeos) Close to the station (puerto de la cruz) 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 8 km to the nearest fair site (alcampo shopping centre)
