Art lovers will be happy with the proximity (2 min) of Barcelona’s MACBA (modern art museum) and the CCCB (exhibition centre). In 15 minutes you can be sunning yourself on the beach. There is a metro and a bus stop just 400 metres from the establishment. Located on the 5th floor of a building with lift, this guest house has two rooms, a double and a single. There is a living room, kitchen and bathroom with hair dryer. It is perfectly equipped with all the utensils and there a CD player as well. Although the breakfast it’s not included, guests can use the kitchen, where they will find anything they need to prepare themselves a nice breakfast, such as biscuits, milk, juices etc..Common areas are shared by guests and the owner, who lives in the apartment. The rooms are full of natural light and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day wandering the city. Public parking is just 20 metres from the building. Smoking is allowed. A great place to stay in the centre of Barcelona !
