Located in the Born district it is the perfect place to stay whilst staying and visiting Barcelona for work or pleasure. The area is part of the old city with attractive historical buildings and places. You can also find plenty of new trendy restaurants, bars as well as old traditional places in this district.
The house distribution makes this apartment unique, as there are 3 floors which let you feel more being in a house rather than in a city apartment.
On the ground floor you find a lovely decorated living room which is combined with the kitchen and the dining area. Here you are able to relax on a comfortable sofa while watching TV. The sofa can be changed into a double sofa-bed.
Furthermore, the modern kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining inside. The big dining table gives space for up to 6 guests. Enjoy your stay and visit the grocery stores in the area, Santa Catalina and Boqueria market to get fresh products and to try local traditional food.
On the second floor there is a spacious bedroom with double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe. Following the stairs up you find the bathroom with a big shower, toilet and washbasin.
Another bedroom can be found on the third floor, also equipped with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. As well it has a large mirror on one wall which is very useful while getting dressed and a large window allowing the natural light to enter. All rooms have wooden floors and - ceilings with spotlights.
People under 21 years are not allowed in this apartment. There are exceptions for families.
