[di più]La Scheggia, a typical example of Grand-Ducal architecture, is a small rural hamlet dating back to the 15th century that was completely restored in the ‘80s under the Building Authority of Arezzo. The building belongs to the Tuscany Historic Houses Association. La Scheggina is a farmhouse made up of 3 apartments and 3 detached houses with one big swimming pool surrounded by a garden. The apartments are completely furnished and all have a kitchen. The restoration of the buildings was carried out in observance of the simplicity of the old rural dwellings built with stone, terracotta tiles and chestnut beams. The furniture comes from the local family houses.
