This truly unique Manor experience is offered to the guest looking for something more - a vacation with a difference, the Villas at Natural Retreats Adare Manor offer just this. Ideally located just a 15 minute walk from the Manor house and set in the heart of an 840 acre estate, these luxurious villas provide for the perfect home from home experience and the freedom to create your own tailor made holiday.
Each three bedroom Villa is exceptionally appointed to the highest standards keeping in mind the comfort and requirements of our guests. Three en suite bedrooms, den with internet access, sunroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an American style fridge, down pillows and comforters, and beautifully executed plush interiors with inviting areas for rest and relaxation. Each occupies over 2,000 sq ft and comes fitted out with all the amenities required for a busy family household. Contemporary, spacious and homely, they sit in a quiet corner of the Estate with ample run-about space for children.

Activities
The Manor is surrounded by an 840-acre demesne, all of which is there to be explored and used by visitors. The championship golf course is laid out on either side of the Maigue and covers 230 acres. It was the last major course designed and built by Robert Trent Jones Senior and has received plaudits internationally. Jones intended it to provide a formidable challenge at its upper range of 7,453 yards. The course is characterised by its magnificent
mature timber, its winding rock-walled streams, the signature Jones cloverleaf bunkers and subtly undulating greens.
The Maigue is one of the Ireland’s most notable trout rivers. Wild brown trout may be fished year round, and salmon from May to September. Rods, tackle and apparel are available from the ghillie, who is as happy teaching a novice as keeping an old-hand company.
Back on terra firma, marksmanship in both its newest and oldest guise is to be had in the form of laser clay target shooting and archery. A straightforward walk, however, can be every bit as absorbing. Curiosities litter the grounds: ogham stones, the icehouse and the walled kitchen gardens.
Facilities and Relaxation
The Treatment rooms occupy what used to be the Coachman’s cottage, a few steps from the golf clubhouse. The Elemis trained therapists offer the full spectrum of body treatments, massages and wraps. Hydrotherapy baths are popular with golfers returning from the course. Alternatively a stroll through the grounds, munching on an apple or fig from the walled gardens can create
its own regenerative magic.
A steam room and a fitness room are both situated within the Manor. So too an airy and bright heated swimming pool overlooking the Maigue.
